Log-In Logística Intermodal released its financial and operating results for the third quarter of 2022 on November 08, including its Net Operating Revenue at a record BRL 521.9 million, up 45.2% from the 359.5 million in the same period in 2021.
The increase in the company’s NOI resulted from a combination of factors, including higher-than-usual NOI scores in Navigation, a historic revenue obtained at the Vila Velha Port Terminal and Tecmar, in addition to the growth in trade revenue in Mercosur. Other factors were the increase in volumes handled, the entry of new customers in the market, operations with more profitable cargo, and the signing of long-term contracts, as well as growth in feeder and cabotage operations.
Adjusted EBITDA was also one of the main highlights this quarter, with a historical high of R$165 million, representing a 60.5% increase over 3Q21. This result comprises EBITDA plus the cut-off of R$29.6 million, of which R$28.2 million is from Coastal Shipping and R$1.4 million is from Tecmar.
