As part of the provincial government’s reactivation plans for the Port of Santa Fe in Argentina, the port is expecting soybean deliveries of between 10,000 and 20,000 tons in the coming days, after a 3-year hiatus. The deliveries follow investments in the agro-bulk terminal.

Santa Fe Port plans to store the cargo in silos until sales have been secured. The port’s silos have the capacity to store up to 56,000 tons of grain and the port’s infrastructure can handle up to 70 grain trucks a day.
The Santa Fe Port’s Administration Entity, EAPSF informed the soybeans are likely to be shipped to Central America and other parts of Argentina.
