Beef: Brazil exports reach 89,807 kt in March

Exports of fresh, frozen, or refrigerated beef from Brazil generated US$ 436.793 million in March (13 working days), with a daily average of US$ 33.599 million.

The total amount of exports in March reached 89,807 thousand tonnes, with a daily average of 6,908 thousand tonnes. The average price per ton was US$ 4,863.70.
Compared to March 2022, there was a 26% depreciation in the average export value, a 10.1% drop in the average daily exported quantity, and a 17.6% devaluation in the average price. The data above come from Brazil’s Foreign Trade Secretariat.
