Aug, 09, 2024 Posted by Gabriel MalheirosWeek 202432
Brazilian imports of nitrile rubber from South Korea and France are subject to a so-called definitive anti-dumping duty extended for another five years by the Foreign Trade Chamber (Camex). The policy went into effect in August of 2018.
Nitrile rubber in liquid form and nitrile rubber powder made by spray drying with a particle size of 0.16 mm or less are exempt from the surcharge.
