Ceará Docks Company to hold tender to implement ERP System

Brazil’s Official Gazette of the Union, in its edition last Thursday (Sept. 26), announced the electronic bidding process to select a company for the implementation of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system for Companhia Docas do Ceará.
The implementation of the system will bring immediate benefits in terms of operational efficiency and compliance, ensuring the integration of processes and alignment with best practices in the port sector, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
A specific port management module was included in the contract, ensuring that the system will meet the company’s particular needs and strategic demands, contributing to the modernization and optimization of port operations.
This project is classified as a priority by the company’s administration and is also part of its set of ESG actions.
Bidding Process
According to the notice, the opening of the public session for bids will take place on October 17, 2024, at 9 a.m.
