The Port of Itajaí received a shipment of 695 vehicles from the automaker BMW this Tuesday (20th). The operation reinforces the terminal’s strategic role in transporting diversified, high-value-added cargo.
The automobiles arrived aboard the Dover Highway, a Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) vessel specialized in vehicle transportation. This vessel type is known for its ramps, which allow vehicles to drive on and off the ship under their own power.
