The National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) raised its estimates this Tuesday for Brazilian shipments of soybeans, corn, and soybean meal in September, according to its weekly update.
Brazil’s soybean exports are expected to reach 7.53 million tonnes in the month, up from the 7.43 million tonnes projected the previous week. Compared to last year, shipments would increase by around 2.3 million tonnes.
For corn, the projection rose to 7.12 million tonnes, versus 6.96 million previously. If confirmed, this would represent growth of more than 500,000 tonnes compared with September 2024.
