Automation has become a strategic decision for Latin American industry. Pressure for higher productivity, labor shortages and rising logistics costs are accelerating investment in robotics, artificial intelligence and intralogistics across the region, a trend that is helping cement INTRA-LOG Expo South America’s place on the exhibition calendar. The event will take place Sept. 15-17, 2026, at the Blue Pavilion of Expo Center Norte in Sao Paulo.

Recognized as the only event in Latin America dedicated to automation and intralogistics, the fair will arrive in 2026 at twice its previous size, occupying the Blue Pavilion at Expo Center Norte, driven by the automation boom fueled by e-commerce and other critical operations in the region.

According to market intelligence consultancy Ken Research, Latin America’s logistics automation market was valued at $1.1 billion, with warehouse automation standing out as a key segment. Market Data Forecast projects the region’s material handling market will expand at an annual rate of 9.8%, rising from $3 billion in 2025 to $6.410 billion in 2033.

In 2025, more than 75% of intralogistics projects in the market considered not only process improvements, but also investment in technology and automation, according to a survey by the IMAM Institute.

That growth is being driven mainly by rising demand for more efficient supply-chain solutions, technological advances such as robotics and IoT integration, and the continued expansion of e-commerce.

“Brazil and Mexico dominate Latin America’s logistics automation market because of their large economies, extensive transport networks and significant investment in logistics infrastructure. Both countries have a high concentration of logistics service providers and e-commerce platforms, driving demand for automation technologies and digital transformation in logistics across the region, and INTRA-LOG Expo’s mission is to expand the sector’s business opportunities,” said Cassiano Facchinetti, managing director of INTERLINK Exhibitions, the organizer of the fair.

Eduardo Banzato, INTRA-LOG ambassador and director of Grupo IMAM, said the evolution of intralogistics is systemic, ranging from packaging and packaging technology to handling and warehousing solutions, all of which are expanding at an exponential pace. “Intralogistics is, and will continue to be, the foundation of logistics excellence and of the entire supply chain,” he said.

The success of the 2025 edition is also helping drive next year’s fair. The event drew 6,228 qualified visitors and more than 250 domestic and international brands. For the 2026 edition, INTERLINK plans to intensify the event’s internationalization strategy, expanding outreach to logistics, professional and industrial associations across Latin America and strengthening the presence of foreign visitors, exhibitors and speakers. Organizers expect to attract about 400 exhibiting brands and more than 8,500 visitors from across Brazil and neighboring countries.

“Our ambition is to make INTRA-LOG Expo 2026 an international business platform for companies seeking automation solutions capable of transforming logistics operations across different sectors of the economy throughout the region,” Facchinetti said.

The fair’s expansion also reflects the broader work of INTERLINK Exhibitions, a B2B event organizer in Brazil behind shows such as Hyvolution Brazil, VICTAM LATAM, Feed Formulation Latin America and the debut edition of Label & Pack Expo. Together, those events bring in more than 1,000 exhibiting brands, generate about 20,000 qualified leads and occupy roughly 44,000 square meters of exhibition space, based on 2024-2025 figures.

Label & Pack Expo broadens the view of the logistics chain

One of the main additions to the 2026 edition will be the launch of Label & Pack Expo, a new fair dedicated to industrial packaging, labeling and traceability, digital and flexographic printing, industrial automation, and IoT- and AI-based tracking solutions, to be held simultaneously with INTRA-LOG Expo South America.

The event is designed to become Latin America’s leading hub for technologies related to automation, traceability, sustainability, new materials and high-performance printing in the industrial and transport packaging chain, connecting suppliers and technology integrators with industry and service providers such as logistics operators. It has strategic backing from associations including the Brazilian Packaging Association, the Brazilian Association of Self-Adhesive Label Industries and the Brazilian Machinery and Equipment Industry Association.

“Label & Pack Expo was created with the goal of highlighting industrial packaging by integrating it with the automation solutions showcased at INTRA-LOG. The benefit for visitors is the ability to see end-to-end integrated solutions and discover new answers to their challenges,” Facchinetti said.

Label & Pack Expo has already confirmed the participation of Projeto Pack, Serralgodão, Robopac, Packing Group, Isoflex, Signode, José Braulio Paletes, CD Embalagens, Polibras, Valgroup, Z-Pisa, Emplaca, D&A Print and Colátio, among others.
