Santos Port Authority launches six new bidding processes

The Santos Port Authority made public six new tender notices last week covering contracts for support services related to the implementation of the Vessel Traffic Management Information System, environmental monitoring, telephone exchange services, and the supply of equipment and furniture.
The notices, together with their annexes, are available on the bidding page of the Port of Santos website. A summary of each tender appears below.
Tender 26/2026
Scope: Provision of specialized technical services for the implementation of aquatic environment monitoring programs in the Port of Santos organized port area.
Contract term: 31 months
Opening date: May 5
Tender 27/2026
Scope: On-demand supply of firearms, specifically shotguns and carbines, for use by the Port Guard Superintendent’s Office.
Contract term: 12 months
Opening date: April 24
Tender 28/2026
Scope: Supply of furniture for the Port Guard Superintendent’s Office and the Operations Inspection and Measurement Management unit.
Contract term: 12 months
Opening date: April 27
Tender 29/2026
Scope: On-demand supply, under a price registration system, of safety footwear, including type B safety shoes with insulating soles, type D waterproof safety boots, and type B general-purpose safety shoes, for the protection of Santos Port Authority employees.
Contract term: 12 months

Tender 30/2026
Scope: Provision of advisory services and technical support to assist APS in supervising and managing executive projects, infrastructure works and engineering services, procurement and supply of equipment, installation and integration, as well as testing, assisted operation and Integrated Logistics Support required for implementation of the Port of Santos VTMIS.
Contract term: 30 months
Opening date: May 7
Tender 31/2026
Scope: Hybrid PABX services integrated with the Microsoft Teams communication platform, including deployment, configuration and maintenance, as well as the supply of licenses, to meet the needs of the Santos Port Authority.
Contract term: 36 months
