Santos Port Authority opens tenders for Port Guard equipment and vessel insurance

The Santos Port Authority (APS) has published two electronic tenders aimed at strengthening operational security at the Port of Santos.
Tender RLE No. 42/2026 covers the supply of 10 carbine-style firearms for the Port Guard Superintendency. The equipment will be used in preventive patrols and visible policing across the port complex.
Tender RLE No. 43/2026 seeks marine hull insurance for two armored vessels operated by the Port Guard. The vessels are used to patrol the Santos estuary and nearby anchorage areas.
Both procurement processes will be conducted electronically and awarded to the bidder offering the lowest overall price. Bidding will take place through Banco do Brasil’s Licitações-e platform.
