ANTAQ authorizes MFX to operate private use terminal in Salvador

On Wednesday (19), ANTAQ authorized the company MFX do Brasil Equipamentos de Petróleo LTDA to start operating the private use terminal (TUP), called the MFX Terminal, located in Salvador (BA). The Operation Release Term (TLO) is published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOU), page 43, section 1.
The company will carry out the full operation of activities that include the handling and storage of general cargo, in compliance with ANTAQ rules and regulations, specifically, the Adhesion Contract 4/2020-MINFRA, of May 6, 2020.
