Project – In addition to Moegão, the project foresees the road-rail restructuring of the accesses to the Terminals of the East Corridor of the Port of Paranaguá, with the objective of optimizing the position capacity in both modes.

“The Moegão project will have the capacity to unload 180 cars simultaneously, in three independent lines that will interconnect the eleven terminals”, says the engineering and maintenance director, André Cassanti.

Among the project’s benefits, in addition to increasing participation and speeding up unloading through the modal, are the reduction of road-rail interferences and crossings (from 16 to five points), and cost reduction for the supply chain.
