Exporters from the United States reported sales of 132,000 tons of soybeans to China, with delivery scheduled for the 2021/22 business year, informed the country’s Department of Agriculture (USDA) on the 15th.
The department also informed that 326,750-ton and 396,000-ton sales of soybeans were shipped to undisclosed destinations, also with delivery for the 2021/22 season, which started in September.
By law, US exporters must report sales of 100,000 tons or more. Smaller sales are reported in a weekly survey.
