Soybeans: Brazil exports total 6.161Mln tonnes in August

Soybean exports from Brazil generated US$ 3.835 billion in August (23 working days), at a daily average of US$ 166.73 million. The total amount exported by the country in the period reached 6.161 million tonnes, registering a daily average of 267.884 thousand tonnes.

The average price paid per tonne was US$ 622.40. In comparison with August 2021, there was an increase of 16.6% in average daily revenue and a decrease of 9.1% in volume. The price rose 28.3%.
