Log-In buys Grupo Oliva Pinto for BRL 100 million

Log-In announced on December 23 that it bought Grupo Oliva Pinto for R$100 million. According to the company, R$ 25 million will be paid in cash, and the remainder will be retained to cover possible contingencies over the next five years.
The Oliva Pinto Group operates in the road transport, logistics operations, and cargo storage sector, focusing on the North region. It has its fleet and a 70,000-square-meter terminal in Manaus, with a capacity for 7,000 containers.
The company’s second terminal is being developed in Boa Vista, highlights Log-In.
The acquisition, made through the subsidiary Tecmar, is part of Log-In’s long-term growth strategy, according to the company, which reinforces its commitment to continue making investments.
