Grains: Exporters Association Revises Exports Projection Donward in November

The National Association of Cereal Exporters (Anec) has downwardly revised its estimates for corn and soybean exports in November. The projected volume for corn shipments is now 7.348 million tons, compared to last week’s forecast of 7.958 million tons. For soybeans, the expected shipments stand at 4.797 million tons, down from the previous projection ranging from 4.8 million to 5.192 million tons.
In the case of soybean meal, the revised volume is 2.146 million tons, down from 2.217 million tons last week. Wheat shipments for this month are estimated at 138,000 tons, compared to the previous estimate of 142,000 tons.
From November 19 to 25, 617,000 tons of soybeans, 334,000 tons of soybean meal, and 1.369 million tons of corn were shipped. Looking ahead from November 26 to December 2, the forecast includes exports of 2.298 million tons of corn, 1.329 million tons of soybeans, 431,000 tons of soybean meal, and 163,000 tons of wheat.
