Brado achieved a historic record in its operations. The company moved over 10.7 thousand containers in October, considering operations in the export, import, and domestic markets. The milestone was reached on the 31st, totaling 10,708 containers transported. The second-best monthly result was recorded in August of the previous year, with 10,137 containers.
“We are very pleased with the record itself, but this number represents much more than just the growth of our operation. It was only achieved because we worked hard to improve our quality and operational efficiency, reaching a service level recognized by the market, which has become a competitive differentiator,” said Ederson Padilha da Costa, Director of Operations at Brado.
The external market drove the growth, with some segments, such as cotton, timber, and minerals, also recording record movements. In the domestic market, highlights included agricultural chemicals, hygiene, and cleaning products.
Among the routes operated by Brado, the Northern Corridor—a round trip between Rondonópolis (MT) and Sumaré (SP) and Santos (SP)—recorded the highest volume in the company’s history. In Paraná, the flow between Cascavel and Paranaguá also reached its highest movement. In the Central Network, which serves Goiás and neighboring states, there is no comparison with 2023, as it was launched at the end of last year, but the movement increased compared to the previous month.
