The National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ) has opened the contribution period for Public Hearing No. 1/2025, which concerns improving the technical and legal documents related to the bidding process for the lease of terminal NAT01.
The area, located at the Port of Natal (RN), is intended for handling and storage of solid mineral bulk cargo. The lease term is 15 years, with the possibility of extension, and the estimated investment is R$29.23 million.
Contributions can be submitted to ANTAQ until April 2, 2025. The date for the virtual public session regarding the bidding will be defined soon.
Contributions
The legal drafts and technical documents related to the public consultation on the lease of terminal NAT01 are available at this link.
The deadline for submitting written contributions is 11:59 PM on April 2, 2025, exclusively through the electronic form available on the ANTAQ website. Contributions sent by other means will not be accepted.
Digital images, such as maps, plans, and photos, may be attached via email to anexo_audiencia012025@antaq.gov.br, along with the contributor’s identification, within the stipulated deadline. Sending the attachment by email does not exempt the contribution submission in writing through the electronic form.
Suppose the interested party does not have the necessary resources to submit the contribution electronically. In that case, they may use a computer at the General Secretariat (SGE) of this Agency in Brasília/DF or at its Regional Units, the addresses of which are available on the ANTAQ website.
