The National Agency for Waterway Transportation (ANTAQ) has established the contribution period for Public Hearing No. 4/2025, which aims to improve the technical and legal documents related to the partial concession of the ports of Salvador, Aratu-Candeias, and Ilhéus.
These facilities are managed by the Bahia State Dock Company (CODEBA). In addition, public port services associated with these ports will also be subject to bidding.
Contribution Period
Contributions may be submitted to the Agency until September 9, 2025. The date of the virtual public session regarding the concession will be announced soon.
The draft legal texts and technical documents related to the partial concession of the ports of Salvador, Aratu-Candeias, and Ilhéus will be made available through a designated link.
The deadline for submitting written contributions is 11:59 PM on September 9, 2025, and must be sent exclusively via the electronic form available on ANTAQ’s website. Submissions sent through other means will not be accepted.
It is permitted to attach digital files—such as maps, blueprints, and photos—only via email to: anexo_audiencia042025@antaq.gov.br, with proper contributor identification and within the deadline specified in this notice. Sending attachments by email does not replace the required submission of written input through the online form.
If a contributor does not have the necessary means to submit input via the electronic form, they may do so using the computer made available by ANTAQ’s General Secretariat (SGE) in Brasília/DF, or at one of ANTAQ’s regional offices, the addresses of which are listed on the agency’s website.
