ANTAQ provides a panel for consultation of inspection data

ANTAQ’s inspection superintendent has developed a panel for the dynamic and interactive consultation of information related to public data concerning inspections and sanctioning processes that have become final and unappealable. The system was made available by the agency on its portal on October 27th.

To access the database, type gov.br/antaq, search for “Central de Conteúdos”, click on the “Painéis” box, and then on “Painel da Fiscalização”. Or click on the link: link: https://bit.ly/PainelFiscalizacaoANTAQ.

The database of sanctioning processes that are final and unappealable was also expanded from seven to 30 fields. It now shows the infraction description, the date of the original judgment, and the appeal of the infraction notice.

“ANTAQ is making its responsive inspection more transparent; this strategy is based on the behavioral history of the inspected agents so that inspection actions are proportional to the identified past conduct,” says the agency’s Superintendent of Inspection Gabriela Costa.
