APS posts profit in Q3 as Port of Santos operator reports strong revenue growth

The Santos Port Authority (APS), the company responsible for the public infrastructure of the Port of Santos, closed the 3rd quarter of 2025 with robust results and consistent operational performance.
“The figures point to a growth trajectory, reflecting management efficiency, the continuous advancement of port operations, and strong value generation in the quarter,” says the APS Director of Administration and Finance, Júlio Cezar Alves de Oliveira, who is currently serving as interim president of the company.
Among the highlights of the period, APS’ net revenue reached R$529.7 million, an increase of 25.9% compared to the 3rd quarter of 2024. Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$265.8 million, an increase of 13.3%, and net income amounted to R$135 million.
Performance from January to September
In the accumulated results for 2025, APS maintained its growth pace. Net revenue reached R$1,452.3 million (an increase of 17.8%), adjusted EBITDA totaled R$809.8 million (15.1% higher than the same period in 2024), and reported net income stands at R$294.4 million.
Considering only the recurring performance of the first nine months of the year, the figures reinforce the sustainability of APS’s results:
Recurring net revenue: R$1,278.4 million (+3.7%).
Recurring adjusted EBITDA: R$761.0 million (+8.1%).
Adjusted EBITDA margin: 59.5%, a gain of 2.4 p.p. compared to the same period in 2024.
Recurring net income: R$659.4 million, a significant increase of 22.1% compared to the recurring net income of the same period in 2024.
Recurring operating income: reached R$1.0 billion, reinforcing APS’ operational efficiency.
