Argentina is prolonging the suspension of exports of certain beef cuts

The Argentine government extended on this Monday, January 3, the suspension of exports of selected beef cuts that have a little international demand until December 31, 2023. This measure was previously agreed with the sector’s industry.
“The measure helps to create a balance between the Argentine market and the export our of meat products”, says the ordinance published in the Official Gazette.
“Certain beef cuts preferred by the Argentine market for mass consumption will have their exportation administered”, adds the publication.
