Argentina’s wheat exports are expected to total 15.5 thousand tons in 2021-22

Argentina is expected to produce 21.8 million tons of wheat in the fiscal year 2021-22. Last season, it was 17,645 million, according to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA). With initial stocks of 2,157 million tons, the country’s total supply is expected to be 23,961 million tons.
Wheat exports are expected to reach 15.5 million tons. Domestic consumption is projected at 6.45 million tons. The country’s stocks are likely to remain at 2,311 million tons at the end of 21-21.
