Beef exports reach 117.2 thousand tonnes by the second week of June

According to data released by the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) this Monday (16), the volume of beef exported by Brazil up to the second week of June 2025 totaled 117.2 thousand tonnes. For comparison, over the 20 business days of June last year, shipments reached 192.4 thousand tonnes.
Increase in daily average shipments
The daily average exported up to the second week of June/25 was 11.724 thousand tonnes, representing a 21.8% increase compared to the average recorded in June 2024, which was 9.622 thousand tonnes per day.
However, compared to the previous week, the daily average showed a slight drop of 8.73%, as it was previously around 12.8 thousand tonnes per day.

Average prices up 21.2% compared to 2024
The average price paid for Brazilian beef in the second week of June was approximately US$ 5,411.40 per tonne. This represents an increase of 21.2% compared to June 2024, when the average value was US$ 4,466.3 per tonne.
Partial revenue nears US$ 634 million
The revenue generated from beef exports so far totals US$ 634.46 million. In June of last year, total revenue reached US$859.57 million.
The daily average revenue in June 2025 stands at US$ 63.44 million, indicating a 47.6% increase compared to the daily average in June 2024, which was US$ 42.97 million.
