In February 2025, Brazil shipped 2,527 tonnes of eggs.
Export revenue rose even faster than volumes. International sales reached $6.175 million in February, a 25.1% increase compared with $4.936 million recorded in the same month of 2025.

In the first two months of 2026, Brazil exported 6,025 tonnes of eggs, up 23.4% from the 4,884 tonnes shipped in the same period last year.
Export revenues for the sector totaled $12.583 million in January–February, a 37.9% increase from $9.122 million in the first two months of 2025.
Among the main destinations for Brazilian egg exports in February were Chile, which imported 767 tonnes, up 156.8% year-on-year; the United Arab Emirates with 531 tonnes, down 3.1%; Japan with 524 tonnes, up 143.5%; and Mexico with 284 tonnes, up 12.7%.
ABPA president Ricardo Santin said the results reflect the strengthening international presence of Brazil’s egg production chain and growing diversification of export markets.
“The results at the start of the year show consistent export growth, particularly to markets in Asia, the Middle East and Latin America,” Santin said. “Diversification of destinations and the competitiveness of Brazilian products are expanding the sector’s footprint in international trade and gradually strengthening the industry’s export culture.”
