Brazil’s agribusiness exports to Saudi Arabia recorded a significant 28.9% increase in July 2025, reaching US$231.52 million, according to the Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAPA). The growth cements Saudi Arabia’s position as one of Brazil’s main agricultural markets in the Middle East.

This strong performance contrasts with a decline in exports to the United Arab Emirates, which fell 26.8% during the same period to US$233.8 million. Nonetheless, both countries remain among the top ten destinations for Brazilian agricultural products.

The diversification of markets and growing demand for certified, high-quality food products have strengthened trade ties between Brazil and Arab nations. The results reflect not only the competitiveness of Brazilian products but also the ongoing strengthening of diplomatic and commercial relations in the region.
