CMA CGM says operations in Venezuela remain unaffected

CMA CGM said its operations in Venezuela remain unaffected and are continuing as normal, according to a notice published by the French shipping group on January 6.
In the statement, the company said Venezuelan ports are operating normally and that cargo handling is proceeding without disruption. Containers already discharged at local terminals are being managed as planned, while shipments currently en route to Venezuela are expected to be delivered without delays.
The carrier added that there has been no impact on deliveries to consignees in the country and that its services continue to operate according to schedule.
CMA CGM said it is closely monitoring the situation and remains in contact with local authorities and operational teams to ensure service continuity. Customers with specific concerns were advised to contact their local CMA CGM representatives.
