HMM to launch new service between Asia and the coasts of Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina

HMM announced the launch of a new service that will connect the Asian coast and South Africa with Brazil, Uruguay, and Argentina.
The new service was called Far East-India-Latin America Service (FIL) and will be operated exclusively by HMM.
The first trip of the FIL service will start in Busan on December 7th and the round trip will last 84 days.
The rotation will be Busan, Shanghai, Ningbo, Shekou, Singapore, Kattupalli, Durban, Santos, Paranaguá, Itapoá, Navegantes, Buenos Aires, Montevideo, Singapore, Hong Kong and Busan.
According to HMM, by introducing the FIL service, the company hopes to provide customers with a more efficient and viable service and “will continue to expand its participation in Latin American commerce, “which has a high potential for growth .and future development.
