Log-In Logística Integrada reported on Wednesday (March 11) its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and the full year.
Boosted mainly by the performance of its coastal shipping operations, the company posted net operating revenue of BRL 3.08 billion in 2025, up 10.2% from BRL 2.79 billion in 2024. In the fourth quarter, revenue totaled BRL 863.8 million, a 10.1% increase year-on-year.
Container volumes also rose in 2025, reaching 776,900 TEUs, up 6.0% from 2024. Adjusted EBITDA totaled BRL 687.2 million, an increase of 16.7%, while the company recorded its eighth consecutive year of profit.
Other highlights included higher revenue from coastal shipping and increased general cargo throughput at the Vila Velha Port Terminal (TVV). On the ESG front, the company earned a Silver Seal under the Ministry of Ports and Airports’ Sustainability Pact and obtained AEO-Compliance certification, recognizing high standards in customs compliance and cargo security.
According to CFO and Investor Relations VP Pascoal Gomes, the results reflect the company’s operational progress. “In 2025, we continued to advance the integration of our operations and expand Log-In’s role across our clients’ logistics chains. The growth in revenue and transported volumes underscores the strengthening of our operations,” he said.
Coastal shipping
Log-In’s shipping operations delivered consistent performance. In the fourth quarter, net operating revenue from shipping rose 23% year-on-year to BRL 586.7 million. For the full year, revenue increased 19.9% to BRL 2.07 billion.
Container volumes also expanded, driven by growth in cabotage, Mercosur and feeder services, reaching 776,900 TEUs for the year.
The increase in quarterly volumes was mainly supported by stronger cabotage demand and continued activity in feeder services, particularly on routes linked to Manaus, where capacity constraints were less severe than during the 2024 drought.
According to Shipping Executive Director Felipe Gurgel, the results reflect an effective operational strategy combined with improved logistics conditions. “In 2024, cabotage volumes were impacted by port congestion, skipped calls and drought conditions on the Amazon River. This year, the port environment and navigation constraints improved. Log-In remains focused on expanding services and strengthening its market position while capturing growth opportunities,” he said.
Vila Velha Port Terminal (TVV)
TVV also posted solid operational gains in 2025, reinforcing its strategy as a multipurpose terminal. In the fourth quarter, container throughput reached 53,200 units, up 2.0% year-on-year.
General cargo throughput totaled 387,400 tonnes in the quarter, a 37.9% increase, while full-year volumes reached 929,700 tonnes, up 30% from 2024.
Highlights included growth in bulk and vehicle volumes, as well as the terminal’s first 15,000-ton briquette operation, integrating road transport, warehousing and port handling.
According to Terminals Director Gustavo Paixão, the strategy to consolidate TVV as a multipurpose terminal has delivered results despite challenging conditions. “Coffee exports were affected by international prices, while demand for processed granite declined in key markets. On the other hand, productivity gains following the retrofit, commercial efforts to diversify cargo, and Espírito Santo’s consolidation as a vehicle distribution hub supported strong results,” he said.
Road freight
In the fourth quarter, restructuring efforts at Tecmar Transportes & Logística continued, with further integration into Log-In’s operations and progress in its transformation into a multimodal operator.
The period saw increased joint operations in container transport and road–coastal shipping services, strengthening synergies with Log-In’s shipping division, alongside improvements in service levels and cost management.
According to Tecmar CEO Maurício Alvarenga, the initiatives are contributing to operational development. “We continue to advance Tecmar’s restructuring, focusing on service quality and operational efficiency,” he said.
ESG agenda
Since 2020, Log-In has been developing an ESG strategy aligned with business sustainability. In 2025, the company advanced its climate agenda, achieving a B rating in CDP Climate Change, in addition to the Sustainability Pact Silver Seal.
The company also secured AEO-Compliance certification, granted by Brazil’s Federal Revenue Service to companies with high standards in customs compliance and cargo security.
These initiatives are part of Log-In’s ESG roadmap, a strategic process developed with leadership and implemented across the organization.
