The tenders for two logistics condominiums at the Port of Santos—one in Santos and the other in Guarujá—received single bids (one for each project) during a public session held today, December 17, at the Santos Port Authority (APS).
Two areas were offered to the market for the installation of truck parking facilities, warehouses, and ancillary service areas. In Santos, the site comprises 242,000 square metres, located in Saboó on the right bank of the Port of Santos, with a planned capacity of 530 parking spaces. In Guarujá, the offered area covers 186,000 square metres in the Conceiçãozinha district, with capacity for 417 spaces.
For the Santos site, the Portlog Consortium submitted a bid of BRL 289,000 per month as a fixed monthly consideration for the use of the area. The Guarujá site, in turn, received a bid of BRL 165,000 per month from the Marlog–Petrasalis Logística Consortium. Both concessions include the construction works required for the implementation of the logistics condominiums.
As there were no competing bids—since two other proposals (one for each site) were disqualified due to documentary inconsistencies—the offers were accepted by APS. The bidders’ qualification documents will now be reviewed and, if found to be in order, they will be called to sign the contracts.
