Maize exporters sell 269,240 tons to unkown destinations

Maize exporters from the United States reported sales of 269,240 tonnes of the product to unknown destinations, with deliveries scheduled for the 2021/22 business year, according to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).
By law, exporters must promptly report any sale of 100,000 tonnes or more of any commodity, as well as 20,000 tonnes or more of soy oil, made in one day. Smaller volume deals are reported on a weekly basis.
The commercial year for corn began on September 1st.
