On Wednesday, September 14th, Minerva Foods announced that it had shipped a new batch of beef with Carbon Neutral certification bound to the United Arab Emirates from Uruguay.
According to a statement from the company, the exported cuts are from the Ana Paula Black Angus brand, a premium Angus-certified line.
An independent organization granted the certification stresses the company.
“This is Minerva Foods’ second shipment of a carbon-neutral certified beef this year, revealing the efficiency of the plan to reduce emissions at its production units and partner farms,” argues the company.
