MRS Logística signs a R$ 200 million contract for CSN’s cargo transportation

MRS Logística announced this Wednesday that it has signed a contract for the provision of cargo transportation services with Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) in the amount of R$ 200 million, with duration until December 2025.
According to the company, the purpose of the agreement is to provide rail freight transport services for the flow of steel products and general cargo.
CSN is part of the control group of MRS Logística, holding a 14.1% stake in the company, according to the company’s latest reference form. MRS says that the advisers appointed by the steelmaker did not participate in the negotiations.
