According to the head of the private chamber CAPyM, ships transporting grains and agro-industrial products will not be able to dock at or leave the agro-port hub of Rosario, Argentina, this Thursday due to a strike by the CGT labor union confederation in protest against government policies.
Argentina is the world’s largest exporter of soybean oil and soybean meal, the third-largest exporter of corn, and an important supplier of wheat.
