In partnership with INFRA S.A., the National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ) is surveying leased terminals and Private Use Terminals (TUPs) to provide an important assessment of Brazil’s port terminals.
The cost, revenue, and expense survey on port operations by cargo profile can be completed by April 28, 2025. It is part of ANTAQ’s 2025-2028 Study Agenda and will also serve as input for the National Logistics Plan (PNL) led by INFRA S.A.
The survey will gather information characterizing the national port system, and the data collected will be used to develop tools, studies, projects, plans, and policies aimed at advancing the sector.
It includes questions about the type of terminal, cargo profile, infrastructure, access, port equipment, labor, asset security, risks, and operational bottlenecks, among other topics.
Questionnaires have been sent directly to respondents via email with all necessary instructions for completion. However, for any questions, INFRA S.A. can be contacted at pesquisaportos2025@infrasa.gov.br or by phone at +55 (61) 2029-6216.
Once responses have begun, participants can pause and resume at any time from where they left off. ANTAQ and INFRA S.A. will use all information provided in the survey exclusively.
