Fertilizers: imports amount to 3.198mt in December

Fertilizer imports from Brazil reached US$ 1.429 billion in December (12 working days), with a daily average of US$ 119.1 million. The total amount of fertilizers imported by the country was 3.198 million tons, with an average of 266.5 thousand tons. The average price per ton was US$ 447.00.

Compared to December 2021, there was an 85.9% decrease in the average daily import value, a 96.2% loss in the average daily imported quantity, and a 266% appreciation in the average price. The data are from the Ministry of Economy.
