Maersk has announced that its Conosur service will shift terminals at the Port of Santos beginning in early 2026. The service, which is currently handled at the Santos Brasil terminal, will be transferred to DP World Santos in a move that, according to the company, aims to strengthen operational synergies and improve customer experience.
The first vessel to operate at the new terminal will be the Dusseldorf Express (V549E/601W), scheduled to arrive on January 5, 2026.
According to Maersk, the terminal change is part of a broader logistics integration effort designed to optimize services and ensure greater efficiency in port operations. The company emphasized that its priority is to provide the best possible support for customers’ supply chain management while maintaining transparent communication throughout the transition.
Maersk also noted that its local teams are available to assist customers who may be affected by the change. Additional information can be obtained from Maersk representatives or on the official website, Maersk.com.
The operational update comes as major shipping lines continue to reorganize their routes and services at Latin America’s largest port, seeking to keep pace with growing demand and the need to optimize berthing windows.
