On Thursday, April 29, ANTAQ published in the Official Federal Gazette its approval of the analysis of documents contributed for the bidding of two areas for handling liquid bulk, especially fuel, in the Port of Maceió: MAC11 and MAC12. The announcement will be published in September. The auction should take place in December.
The records will now be forwarded to the Ministry of Infrastructure to continue the privatization process. They will also be submitted to ANTAQ’s Permanent Port Leasing Bidding Commission (CPLA) so that it may consolidate the relevant documents and adopt subsequent measures.
