Brazilian beef exports start in November with strong growth and are already up nearly 70% compared to the same period last year, according to preliminary data for the first five business days of the month. The sector continues its historic performance and may reach another annual record, maintaining the momentum seen throughout 2025.
According to the report, the average daily volume shipped reached 20.1 thousand tonnes, up from 12 thousand tonnes in November 2024. In the partial accumulated result, Brazil exported 100.53 thousand tonnes of beef, equivalent to 44.1% of all volume shipped during November of last year, when the total reached 228.13 thousand tonnes.
In terms of value, the average price of exported beef was US$5.51 per kilo, slightly down from October (US$5.54) but 13.1% higher than the average in November 2024 (US$4.87 per kilo).
The performance reinforces Brazil’s record-breaking streak in the international market. In October, the country had already set a new all-time high in exports, surpassing the previous record from September.

Among the main destinations for Brazilian beef, European Union countries showed the largest increase in purchases in October, followed by Chile. The United States increased imports for the second consecutive month, despite the additional tariff on Brazilian products. Despite the recovery, the volume is still below the level recorded before the so-called “tariff hike.”
With strong demand and firm prices in the external market, Brazil’s beef export sector expects another record year-end result.
