Brazilian grain exports remain strong in 2025. According to the Shipment Flow – Week 46 report, released by the National Association of Cereal Exporters (ANEC), Brazil has already shipped between 165.2 and 166.3 million tonnes of agricultural products through November, including soybeans, soybean meal, corn, and wheat.
The survey, prepared in partnership with Cargonave, shows that the country continues to consolidate its position as one of the world’s largest exporters of agricultural commodities, with soybeans leading export volumes.
Soybeans remain the main export product
Soybeans remain the flagship of Brazilian exports. Through November, the country shipped more than 106 million tonnes, surpassing the 97.2 million exported in 2024. The volume represents annual growth of 9%, reflecting strong international demand and strong logistical performance at the country’s main ports.
Among the ports with the highest soybean handling volumes are Santos, Paranaguá, and São Luís (Itaqui), which together account for almost half of the weekly shipments recorded in November.
Soybean meal remains stable with a slight reduction in cumulative total
Soybean meal also recorded consistent performance, with 21.8 million tonnes exported through November, close to the 2024 total (22.8 million tonnes).
According to ANEC, the slight cumulative decline is linked to the greater priority given to the export of whole soybeans, given more competitive external prices. Even so, the product maintains a strong presence in shipments, especially from the ports of Santos and Rio Grande.
Corn is expected to close the year with volume between 35 and 36 million tonnes
Corn exports remain within ANEC’s projected range, between 35.4 and 36.5 million tonnes for the 2025 cumulative total. In November, the line-up indicates shipments of 5.8-6.9 million tonnes, although the association considers a slightly lower final volume, close to 6.3 million tonnes, possible.
Shipments remain concentrated in Santos, São Francisco do Sul, and Barcarena, with emphasis on Asian and European demand.

Wheat shows recovery and records nearly 1.8 million tonnes exported
Wheat, which traditionally has a smaller share of Brazilian agricultural exports, recorded strong growth in 2025. Through November, shipments totalled 1.77 million tonnes, surpassing the total volume of 2024 (2.58 million tonnes, including December).
Argentina remains the main destination for Brazilian wheat, while Santos and Rio Grande stand out as the main departure ports.
Total exported surpasses 2024 performance
Adding all products together, Brazil has already exported more than 165 million tonnes of grains in 2025 — exceeding the total of 160.5 million tonnes shipped in 2024.
The data reinforce the upward trend in Brazilian agricultural exports, driven by global demand, logistical efficiency and increased port capacity.
ANEC highlights that the numbers may still be subject to adjustments, since all statistics are revised retroactively at the end of each month.
