CODESA launches public notice to lease two areas at Vitória port

Companhia Docas do Espírito Santo (CODESA) opened a simplified selection process to choose transitional leaseholders for two areas available at the Port of Vitória: a horizontal warehouse (area 4) for fertilizers and a vehicle storage area (area 5). The notice is published on the institution’s website.

The selection process complies with the terms of articles 46 and 47 of ANTAQ (national waterway transportation agency) Normative Resolution No. 07/2016, and aims to increase turnover and take advantage of the existing infrastructure.

See details of areas 4 and 5:

Area 4: 5,000 m²  bulk-grain warehouse for storage and handling of fertilizers, located in Capuaba, open to any bidder, provided the minimum supply levels are observed.

Area 5: The 54,080 m² in the Capuaba retro area is destined for the storage and movement of vehicles – the deadline for the new applicants to participate in the selection process on 30 November.

In addition to these areas, the completion of administrative procedures is underway for the conclusion of transition contracts for areas Vix 03 (located in Vitória, on the island of Príncipe) and Vix 09 (vertical metallic silos, in Capuaba).
