Coffee: Brazil’s February shipments at 1.309 million bags

Brazilian exports of coffee beans in February 2023 totaled 1,309,087 60-kilogram bags in the month, with 13 working days computed (daily average of 100,698 bags), with revenue reaching US$ 282.538 million (daily average of US$ 21.733 million) and an average price of US$ 215.83 per bag.

The average daily revenue from coffee bean exports in February is 50.1% lower than the daily average in February 2022, which was US$ 43.588 million. With an average record of 182,702 daily bags, the average daily volume shipped is 44.9% lower than that of February 2022. In turn, the average price fell by 9.5%. The information comes from the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex).
