DP World will take over warehouse and line supply operations for Suzano’s Consumer/Tissue division in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim, Espírito Santo state. The operation will be supported by DP World’s Contract Logistics segment, which provides customized services for large companies and global brands. The move reinforces DP World’s strategy to expand its footprint as an end-to-end operator, offering integrated solutions aimed at boosting efficiency and competitiveness for clients.

The five-year contract covers full management of a warehouse dedicated to inbound handling, inventory management, line feeding and outbound distribution of Consumer/Tissue products such as toilet paper, napkins and paper towels. Operations are scheduled to begin in February 2026.

Integrated with Suzano’s mill in the city, the warehouse spans 4,902 square meters and has inbound capacity of up to 152 tonnes, including cargo received from the mill itself (120 tonnes) and from external suppliers (32 tonnes). Outbound capacity is set at 128 tonnes for product dispatch and distribution.

The facility supports daily production of around 19,000 bundles of toilet paper, serving markets in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Brazil’s Center-West region.

The new operation further strengthens the strategic alignment between the two companies, which have partnered at the Port of Santos since 2017. There, DP World operates what it describes as Brazil’s largest and most modern logistics warehouse, with annual handling capacity of 5 million tonnes.

DP World currently has around 100,000 square meters of Contract Logistics capacity in Brazil.

Since acquiring Syncreon in 2021, DP World Group has built a global network of more than 300 integrated warehouses, serving more than 10 of the world’s 15 largest automakers and five of the top 10 global technology companies. The group handles more than 250 million technology products annually and supports the production of over 3 million vehicles worldwide.
