Paraguay expands its exports with new markets for national products

By November 2024, new markets for various national products were opened, boosting Paraguay’s exports, according to a report from the Competitive Intelligence Directorate of the Vice Ministry of Investment and Export Network (Rediex).
The report highlights the successful entry into new international markets, showcasing a diversity of products and the significance of the destinations reached.
Among the notable exports, rapeseed to Argentina stands out with a value of USD 1,307,942. Additionally, multilayered wood was shipped to Romania, valued at USD 101,424.
The list continues with the export of electrical conductors to Mexico, worth USD 154,715, and cotton, also destined for the Argentine market, worth USD 88,716.
These new market entries for Paraguayan products demonstrate the advancement of the nation’s industry toward international standards. They also reflect Paraguay’s economic diversification efforts, contributing to developing a broader range of export products and solidifying the country’s position in the global market.
