Pork exports hit monthly record in July

According to data released this Wednesday, July 7, by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA), the country’s pork exports reached 138.3 thousand tons in July, up 31.4% from the same period the previous year and setting a new monthly record.
Although the preliminary figure he provided was still 125 thousand tons, ABPA president Ricardo Santin stated the day before at the International Animal Protein Show (Siavs) that the nation had surpassed a new historic milestone in shipments.
