Santos Port Authority issues tenders for digital certification and network security services

The Santos Port Authority (APS) has made public three bidding processes over the past week. In addition to deepening the channel to 16 meters, the company has issued calls for bids for contract services, including digital certification of tax documents, as well as technical support, warranty, and licensing of network security equipment.
The three notices and their annexes are available for consultation on the bidding page of the APS website. Below is a summary of each notice:
Tender 51/2025
Objective: Execution of dredging works to deepen the channel of the Organized Port of Santos to a project depth of 16.00m DHN, including the stages of environmental licensing, development of the Basic and Executive Projects, execution of the deepening dredging and maintenance dredging of the new profile for two (2) years
Contract duration: 60 months
Proposal deadline: Until 10:00 a.m. on September 26
Tender 52/2025
Objective: Supply of digital certificates for use in issuing tax documents, accessing services, and encrypting information exchanged in systems for the Santos Port Authority
Contract duration: 12 months
Proposal deadline: Until 10:00 a.m. on August 7
Tender 53/2025
Objective: Technical support services, warranty, and licensing for network security equipment at the Santos Port Authority (APS), including firewall and log analysis and correlation platform in a virtual environment
Contract duration: 36 months
Proposal deadline: Until 10:00 a.m. on August 15
