Brazil investigates dumping in nebulizer exports from China

The federal government has initiated an investigation into alleged dumping practices in the export of nebulizers from China, assessing potential harm to the domestic industry. The Ministry of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services (Mdic) announced the decision in a circular published in the Official Gazette of the Union (DOU) on Friday (17).
The product under investigation falls under the Mercosur Common Nomenclature (NCM) code 9019.20.20. According to the ministry, the analysis of dumping evidence covers the period from October 2022 to September 2023, while the damage analysis spans from October 2018 to September 2023.
