Portonave is celebrating the records set in 2021 with its participation at Intermodal South America, including having handled 10 million TEU in its history. Portonave is also celebrating a 29% growth rate, which amounts to 259,372 TEU above 2020 handling. It is worth mentioning that 2021 was when the terminal achieved its best performance with a record of 1,1 million TEU handled.
This year, the company expects to achieve the mark of 11 million TEU handled since the beginning of its operations 15 years ago.
In addition to its infrastructure assets, the Port of Navegantes will showcase its cooperation agreement signed with the Embassy and the Consulate of Argentina in Florianópolis to reduce logistical costs for imports and exports. This is Portonave’s first bilateral partnership at an international level.
