May, 07, 2024 Posted by Gabriel MalheirosWeek 202419
On Monday (6), Portos RS reported that only the Port of Rio Grande maintained regular operations. Meanwhile, the Port of Porto Alegre, significantly impacted by the floods, remains suspended. There is a ship moored at the pier and another anchored in Rio Grande, given that sailing to the capital is currently unfeasible.
Additionally, operations at the Port of Pelotas, primarily dedicated to shipping wood logs to the cellulose factory in Guaíba, are also suspended.
